All our cakes are made fresh, with no preservatives. After recieving the cake you can store it in the fridge for up to 3 days, or slice it and freeze it for up to 1 month.
The forest fruit compote comes seperate in a jar, can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. After opening must be consumed within 3 days.
